Bitterne Southampton Branch is disgusting
I was disgusted by the poor delivery, after an hour of sitting at a window waiting for my order, I rang the store several times and was assured that my order would be with me shortly. After a further half an hour, I rang the store again and was told they had rang my phone six times, there were no missed calls on my phone, the manager then came on the phone and rang the number and had told me he could hear it ringing on the other side of the phone, so basically calling me a liar, the phone he was calling was the phone I was calling from. I was absolutely disgusted as he told me I was not able to have a refund, after a further fifteen minutes of arguing with him he agreed to give me the refund and my order. My friends, and I, were disgusted and will never be ordering from dominos again!!
