Over the past few years, this Dominos location has provided excellent service.. Unfortunately, tonight's experience was very disappointing. After placing and prepaying for an online Carryout order (at 8:06pm), I was instructed the pizza would be ready in 11 to 16 minutes. When I arrived at the Dominos location at approximately 8:20pm, I began what I expected to be a very short wait. After waiting over 20 minutes, I cancelled the order. My hope is this is an isolated situation...a bad night for the staff and not a change in management and/or performance.
