Dominoes Pizza has bad business - Customer Service
I ordered a pizza from the 101 & Peoria Az Dominoes Pizza Location 623-933-0200. The 1guy was nice & new did not repeat order back and after confirming that he got all of my items he stated yes. So the Awesome delivery guy "Camerin" comes and is opposite to what I experienced once I called back and told them the order is wrong. The boy who answered called a lady which I think was a manager and she was like is this the "Haw....." order and I said yes. She states you ordered what you ordered and you didn't get charged for the missing items. I told her I requested a few things 5 items total and I only have 3. I also got a $5.99 pizza with toppings because the guy said I could choose 5 so I did and she said no we charge after 2 toppings...again hats on them...Gotta tell the customer the right info. Also I ordered specialty chicken jalepeno with pineapple...no where to be found...chesse pizza $5.99...nowhere to be found...Also I told her also the wings are to be wispy and the sent then under cooked...Ruined th whole night the only one who apologized is Camerin the delivery guy...Due to how I was treated I will never go back to a dominoes! The worst service ever except Camerin he was so Awesome! Made up for the rude chick on the phone who likes to argue with customers...Bad business who los business....
