bad service - Customer service at the store level

Beach 20th Far Rockaway Dominos. After waiting about an hour for my pizza to be delivered, i called the store only to be put on hold over and over for 20-30 mins at a time. i then went to pick up my pizza. the staff was very unprofessional when i inquired about my order. they used profanity against me, even escalating the situation in a fight. the staff at this location was plain horrible. i will never order here again. these people can use some training on customer service.
