Tried to order from the two locations in the local area (Littleton, MA) . Basically was told that they don't deliver here due to changes in franchise ownership and they only cater to a nine-minute delivery zone. I travel throughout North America and around the world - usually staff in the service business really try to help rather than offer excuses and platitudes. I will be happy to advise those I am in contact with amongst my 80,000 plus colleagues about the crap service I just received.
I have received similar service from this company before and given them the benefit of the doubt. This interaction put me over the top.
I will not be giving Domino's my business in the future. Domino's joins the ranks of a few other continent wide firms that I have stopped doing business with - some for more than 20 years. I am really tolerant, but when a company crosses the line, I draw it. Goodbye Dominos.
