Hover priced - Medium pizza

My son ordered two medium pizzas with three toppings, for delivery. When they arrived it cost $39 not including tip. How is that possible? I realized I haven't ordered pizza from there is years. Now I am refreshed as to why. Won't be making that mistake again. Also, the pizza is edable at best. Completely ridiculous...... And a rip off.
