worst experience - pizza delivery

good evening i am writing you this evening because i ordered from the dominos this evening at 8:20 and have ordered from there multiple times before five in total. and have had it delivered without a problem. Well they called me at 10:10pm almost two hours after i ordered. i received a call from a very rude woman who said we do not deliver out there when its not even four miles away. furthermore, she said it will take a few days to refund my money and hung up on me mid sentence.
