Theyes sent me a Burton pizza... not just well done but black! - Domino Pizza
This store location seems to have soooo many Problems! Today I ordered a pizza and two sandwiches. The sandwiches were a bit well done but the pizza was burnt, black on the bottom and black on most of the top... it is not something you could possibly miss. When I called, I got hung up on.. then I called back and it was a different person that claimed to by the manager and she wasnt! Gave me an Attitude! They brought me another pizza and I wwasn't the pizza I ordered and it was Burnt! I am SERIOUS! Wow, this is not the first incident..in the past they have forgotten my order and give me an attitude. In addition, once I gother my order 3 hrs late. Then about 2 hours late a couple other times. They act like i am bothering them they have not apologized not once. I was very polite every time. They have even forgotten parts of my order and act like it is inconvenient for them to to bring it to me . As much money a I spend there, you would think they would be nicer.
