Service can be upgraded. - Dominos pizza

When I ordered from here, I made the mistake of ordering a pizza and a drink. When the deliverer had already left the store, I had called less than 2 minutes after. I wanted to cancel the drink, but the attendent said there was no way to take off just the drink. I finally had to cancel the full order, in which he then called the driver. I don't see why this has to be an issue, please do something about it, it's not the first time I've had issues with the services.
